Home Insurance

Homeowners insurance is a type of property insurance that has evolved over many decades to protect an individual’s home against damages to the house, the homeowner’s possessions. Homeowners insurance also provides personal liability coverage for accidents that occur on the property.

Flood and earthquake damage is excluded from coverage on almost all homeowners policies, but may be purchased as an endorsement or separate policy.

Homeowners insurance policies can be very dry reading, and an excellent sedative. However, they are worth reading and are very informative.
